Virtue is moral excellence rooted in Christ, being expressed consistently everywhere. Virtuous Leadership is cultivated by the transformation of a leader’s mind and refining one’s habits through continued practice within a community.

Building the capacity of others

We move under-resourced work to empowered action. Since 2009, Resurgence Leadership Foundation has helped build the capacity of more than 100 nonprofit leaders.

Through the Youth Mentoring Collaborative, we trained over 250 mentors to better serve the youth within communities across the United States.

We move independent efforts to collective impact. It will take all of us to address the most significant challenges that our communities faces.
